I'm Dr. Quinnett Swank, EdD, a therapist and certified transformational nutrition coach, and my whole focus is the part of perimenopause and midlife no one prepares you for: what it does to your mind, your mood, and your sense of yourself. I help women build sustainable routines around food, movement, sleep, stress, and self-trust, without extreme dieting, shame, or all-or-nothing plans. This is not about being perfect. It is about building something real.

Every session is tailored to your patterns, your goals, and what is actually getting in the way. We work through nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, hormones, and sustainable habits together not as a checklist, but as a real conversation about your life.

Integrative wellness coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not therapy, medical treatment, dietetic care, or a substitute for your physician or licensed healthcare provider.

$350/month - 2 SESSIONS PER MONTH
Ongoing coaching with no full program required. Two 45-minute sessions per month. Available to new and returning clients.

You started a GLP-1 medication and you are seeing changes but something still feels missing. The medication is a tool. What happens around it matters just as much as the medication itself. Protein intake, strength, sustainable nutrition habits, and your mindset around food and your body. That is where coaching comes in.
This is not about the number on the scale. This is about building a foundation that supports you through this journey.
As a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, I help women using GLP-1 medications build the nutritional foundation, movement habits, nervous system support, and sustainable routines that the medication alone cannot build.

Swank Counseling and Wellness does not prescribe or manage medications. Clients using GLP-1 medications should remain under the care of their prescribing medical provider.

No. Therapy is a clinical service focused on mental health treatment. Coaching is a wellness service focused on building healthy habits, achieving goals, and creating sustainable whole person change. Both have real value. They serve different needs. I offer both services but keep them completely separate.

It means I bring nutrition-informed education into integrative wellness coaching around meal rhythm, protein, fiber, cravings, and emotional eating. I do not provide medical nutrition therapy or prescribe diets.

No. Wellness coaching is available to anyone nationwide. You do not need to be located in Nevada.

That is completely fine and very common. Some clients choose to work with me for coaching while also seeing an individual or couples therapist. I will not be providing therapy during our coaching work together, but I can refer you to appropriate support if a need arises.

This coaching program is designed for women navigating stress, burnout, low energy, perimenopause, menopause, and lifestyle changes who want support creating sustainable wellness habits without restrictive or extreme approaches.

No. Swank Counseling and Wellness does not prescribe medications or provide medical treatment through wellness coaching services. Clients should continue working with their medical providers for medical care and medication management.
