Frequently Asked Questions

Everything women usually want to know before booking a consultation call. If your question isn't here, ask me on the call.

The program

What is Rooted Wellness Reset?

A 12-week private coaching program for women in perimenopause and beyond. It includes a personalized nutrition and strength strategy, behavior change coaching, and twice monthly one to one sessions.

How much does it cost?

$3,000, paid in full. There is one program and one price. Payment plan options can be discussed on your consultation call. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

How does it actually run, week to week?

Your 60-minute strategy session is in week one, where we review your history and set your goals, and you leave with a first focus. Your first check-in is two weeks later, and then it's two coaching calls a month through week twelve, with support in your app between them.

What happens after twelve weeks?

Most women finish with an approach that works and know how to adjust it themselves. If you want continued support, we can talk about it near the end of your program.

How do I get started?

Book a consultation call. You'll answer a few questions when you schedule, and we'll use the call to decide together whether this is the right next step.

Labs and medical care

Do I need lab testing to work with you?

No. This program is built to work without it. If you want testing, you're welcome to arrange it on your own and share whatever you'd like me to know. Functional labs are educational only. They are not used to diagnose or treat any condition.

Do you prescribe or provide medical treatment?

No. I don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe. Anything medical stays with your physician.

Can I work with you if I'm already working with my doctor?

Yes, and I'd prefer it. Coaching sits alongside your medical care, not instead of it.

How coaching works

What does root cause actually mean?

It means looking underneath the symptom instead of managing it. Rather than cutting calories because the scale moved, we look at what your nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and lab results say about why your body is responding the way it is.

Do you provide meal plans?

Not the rigid kind. You get a personalized nutrition strategy built around what you actually eat and the week you actually have, because a plan you abandon in ten days isn't a plan.

I'm on a GLP-1 medication. Can I still work with you?

Yes, and it's a good fit. Medication alone doesn't build the foundation your body needs. I help women on GLP-1s get enough protein, hold onto muscle, train in a way that supports the medication, and build habits that continue after it. I don't prescribe or manage medications, so you stay under the care of your prescribing provider.

Is nutrition coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is educational and supportive. It isn't therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either, and I don't work with the same person as both coach and therapist.

Do you work with clients outside Nevada?

Yes. Coaching is virtual and available nationwide.
