I’m Dr. Quinnett Swank, EdD, a therapist and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach. I help women understand how food, movement, stress, hormones, the gut-brain connection, and the nervous system impact mental health, energy, mood, and how they feel in their bodies.
Through wellness coaching nationwide and therapy for individuals and couples in Nevada, I help clients build a stronger foundation for mental, emotional, relational, and physical wellness.
